Invitations

First things first when planning a bachelorette party – invite the girls! Book your hotel or Airbnb, make your restaurant reservations, pick a theme, and share the details with the crew. The easiest and cheapest way to do invitations would be with digital email invites. You can pay for customized designs and email features like RSVP tracking through sites like GreenVelope, or you can design your own on Canva and email out to your girls.

Or if you prefer to mail out physical invites, you can spend a little more for unique custom designs on Etsy. For a more budget-friendly option, you can also get invitation templates on Amazon and fill in the party details on your own! If you (or someone you know) has cute handwriting, these options would be a great way to save a few bucks while keeping with the cute and girly theme.

Room Decorations

This is the part where you can really go crazy! My personal opinion for bachelorette parties is – GO ALL OUT. Save the beautiful and aesthetic looks for the bridal shower and wedding, the bachelorette party is meant to be FUN! Think bright colors, sparkles, goofy accessories, cheesy props – all the cliché stuff. Pick a theme and run with it! Check out this article on The Knot for some great theme ideas. For this post I have chosen a general gold and pink theme. If you don’t want to pick out all of the decor on your own, I found this awesome decoration kit that has all the basics you will need.

A photobooth wall is also a must, and you can easily achieve that with a sparkly backdrop and some photo props. Add in some fun balloons around the hotel room or Airbnb house to make every area great for a photo moment. This fun gold garland is also an easy way to add some sparkle around the space. You really can’t go wrong with bachelorette decorating, just stick with your theme and the more the merrier!

Table Setting

Whether you are partying at a hotel or you have a full home or Airbnb, you will want to set up a table area for all of your snacks and drinks to limit the mess. Start with a simple tablecloth for easy cleanup, like this gold foil one or this plastic gold polka dot one. Next you will want a disposable serving set for all of your plates/napkins/silverware, of course keeping with the pink and sparkly look.

You can’t have a girls party without lots of snacks, so these pink serving bowls are a cute way to set out all the goodies. And lastly, fun cups and straws! These sturdy plastic cups can be cleaned reused all weekend. And if penis straws aren’t quite your vibe, I found these cute bride straws that are also reusable.

Party Favor Bags

This is my favorite detail of party planning because there are so many fun things you can give your girls to make the weekend extra special. First, start with a cute bag for all the goodies like these ‘I Do Crew‘ bags or rose gold reusable bags. Next, fill the bags with any cute accessories you can think of! Like these heart-shaped sunglasses, bridal party tiaras, bride/bridesmaid sashes, and these fun fanny packs. Some other cute ideas to throw in the bag are scrunchies, bachelorette temporary tattoos, or ‘babe’ slippers.

Including some ‘essentials’ to survive the weekend is also a must. These hangover kits are an easy and more affordable option to cover all the basics, and then you can add these ‘bride tribe’ hand sanitizers, pink lip balms, and travel size sunscreen.

And for the bride! Make sure to make a special bag just for her with all the same essentials, but add in some special ‘Bride’ items like this hair clip, slippers, and flip flops.

Pool Accessories

If your bachelorette weekend includes spending time at the pool (which it should), there are so many fun outdoor accessories to include with your party planning. Start with some inflatable pool toys like this diamond ring float that doubles as decoration and a photo prop. Next you will need some insulated cups to keep your drinks fresh and cold in the hot sun. These ‘Mrs’ tumblers are a cute option, or you can get a Bride + Tribe set. Depending on your drink of choice, these slim can coolers also fit most seltzer cans.

Now you will need something to wear to the pool! A white swimsuit for the bride and matching black swimsuits for the girls is always a classic bachelorette staple. You can also get matching coverups in white and black, or ‘Mrs‘ and ‘Bride‘ sun hats. The bride can use these swim accessories again during the wedding week (for a destination wedding) or on the honeymoon! Check out my post on the best summer 2022 swimsuit styles if you are in need of some new suits for wedding season as well.

Games

To get the party started or to keep the party going in the evening, some bachelorette games are always a hit. This bundle includes 7 different games like Quiz The Groom, Bach Charades, Never Have I Ever, Who Knows The Bride Best?, and Truth or Dare. Or for a naughtier option, this girls party game set looks like it would be tons of fun!

Happy party planning! Tag us or leave a comment if you end up using any of these items for your bachelorette weekend.
