Create a Coffee Station
If you are a coffee fanatic then you probably already have a set up in your kitchen. But if you are looking to create one or just upgrade your current station, I’ve got you covered! Coffee is something that I am very passionate about (and addicted to), so I have broken down all of the key items you will need to make your coffee station functional and aesthetic.
Check out my Amazon shopping list for everything you will need to create a coffee station at home! Or keep reading below for a full breakdown of all the affordable items on the list.

Of course the first thing we need is a Coffee Maker!
Personally, I am a big fan of the Keurig since I am the only one in my house that drinks coffee. No need to brew a huge pot or multiple cups, just give me my one large steaming cup in the morning and I’m good. I love the sleek new design of the newest single-cup Keurig model, and it comes in a few colors to match your kitchen. They also have the mini Keurig if you are working with a small space.
Or if you want to get really fancy, this Keurig coffeemaker can do it all. It can do single cup coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, espresso shots, and it comes with a dishwasher safe milk frother!
But if you don’t want to be bothered with making a single cup and prefer to brew a whole pot, this Cuisinart coffeemaker is the best rated on Amazon for a decent price point.
And if you are a more patient person, this Electric Kettle with Pour Over Drip Coffee Maker is a great affordable option.
Now we need a Milk Frother
If you want to splurge for an electric milk frother, this Electric Milk Warmer with Touch Screen has 5 starts on Amazon and is definitely on my wish list. This Electric Milk Steamer Soft Foam Maker also has great reviews with a little sleeker design. But the good ol’ fashioned handheld whisk will also work just fine, and this battery powered Handheld Foam Maker is a personal favorite. Plus it comes with a stand to display in your coffee station!
Up next is Coffee Mugs
Most of us already have a mismatched collection of mugs we have accumulated over the years. But for a more aesthetic coffee station set up, you might want to buy a matching set or mugs that match the design of your kitchen decor. You can’t go wrong with a classic set of white mugs, or these multicolor stackable mugs are a great space saving option. The clear glass mug look is also really popular right now, and I currently have these clear mugs for hot coffee and clear glasses for iced coffee in my cart. I love that the glasses come with clear straws as well!
If you don’t have the cabinet space or like to display your mugs in your coffee station, I’ve seen a few cute ideas that would double as decor for your set up. This mug holder tree is a cute option for the countertop, or if you have some wall space to work with then this wood organizer rack or these hanging wall hooks would look great.
And the star of the show, The Coffee
If you are using a Keurig machine then you know that there are a million different K Cups you can find. What are your favorite roasts or flavors? A fan favorite is the Original Donut Shop Regular, or my personal favorite is the dark roast Starbucks Sumatra, 100% Arabica. If you like to mix it up, this Dunkin’ variety pack is also a great choice with French vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamon, and caramel flavors.
If you opt to make a full pot or a pour over, Amazon also has their own brand of Columbian Medium Roast ground coffee at a good price that is also eligible for the ‘subscribe & save’ discount to keep you stocked. Or the Starbucks ground coffee is also available in bulk and auto-ship at a great price!
Now for all the Fixins’
How do you take your coffee? If you like just cream and sugar, you can get your sugar packets in bulk on Amazon like this Sugar in the Raw or Stevia in the Raw. Or if you like to add some flavor, you can stock up on the Torani syrups or sauces in bulk.
There are also a lot of ‘skinny’ syrup options to save yourself the sugar and calories, like these Salted Caramel or Cinnamon Dulce options. For easy pouring you can also add this pump to the syrup bottles or fill this glass dispenser with your syrup of choice.
Let’s set up your station!
It’s time to put all the elements together with some organization items and decor. First, how do you want to store your coffee? Out in the open like this K-Cup carousel or hidden in this canister? For coffee grounds, you will need an airtight canister like this stainless steel one or this glass set. Or if you really want to go crazy and make a statement, you can splurge for this MacKenzie-Childs canister that your mom, aunts, and grandma will be jealous of.
To display your sugar packets, I like these simple acrylic organizers. You can even get one like this that has a small compartment for your coffee stirrers as well. Speaking of stirrers, Amazon has them in bulk in wood or plastic if you like to leave some out for guests, and I like this acrylic holder to store them in. Going back to sugar, if you like to use loose sugar instead of packets then these small white and clear glass sugar bowl and spoon sets would be a cute addition to your coffee set up.
And the last element – spoons! Some adorable coffee stir spoons are a nice touch. Or if you are like me and struggle with portion control when it comes to coffee creamer, I like to keep a measuring tablespoon handy to make sure I am sticking with just ONE serving. My goal is to thrift a vintage tablespoon for my own coffee station!
And to tie it all together
To set up all your coffee accessories neatly at your station, I like to use a serving tray to keep things contained and make for easy cleanup or rearranging. A simple wooden tray would look great in any kitchen with light or white counters and backsplash. You can play around with the look by going with different shapes like this octagonal wooden tray, or different wood tones like this light wood tray with gold handles. If wood isn’t quite your vibe, you can also go with a clear acrylic tray or round white tray with gold accents. Go with whatever matches your other kitchen decor best!
And the finishing touches, throw up a cute ‘coffee’ sign on the wall or on the counter and add in a small faux plant for some greenery and you are done. Play around with the placement of all your items until the layout feels perfect for your space!
