Pet Stain Remover<\/em><\/strong> – I’m a firm believer that anyone with animals or children living in their house NEEDS to have these cleaning products on hand. I’ve tried a million different ways to clean pet stains\/odors and nothing works better than this Resolve stain remover for urine<\/a> and this Angry Orchard enzyme cleaner<\/a>. The urine remover instantly neutralizes the smell and color of any urine stains and the Angry Orchard cleans at the enzyme level to truly get the bacteria of the smell out and leaves a nice orange scent.<\/li>
Stainless Steel Cleaner<\/em><\/strong> – If you have any stainless steel appliances in your home then you know how hard it is to keep them clean! The constant finger prints and water spots drive me crazy, and these cleaning wipes<\/a> seriously work wonders! Wipe down the appliances first and then follow up with a microfiber towel to dry and your appliances will look shiny and new with NO STREAKS.<\/li>
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Sponge<\/em><\/strong> – I’m sure most people already know how awesome these are<\/a>, but I can’t recommend them enough. You can use them on almost anything – walls, baseboards, doors, counters, dishes, shoes, toys, ANYTHING. It’s so therapeutic to walk around your house and remove scuffs with these little magic sponges<\/a>, if you are into that sort of thing \ud83d\ude42 They do not last very long though so make sure to buy in bulk!<\/li>
Garbage Disposal Cleaner\/Deodorizer<\/em><\/strong> – This is something you don’t think of to clean, but it definitely needs to be cleaned because that disposal can get real funky. Plop one of these cleaning drops<\/a> into the disposal and run for a few seconds with the water on, and your sink will smell like lovely lemons and not the remnants of last night’s dinner. I clean mine about once a week and no more funky smells!<\/li>
Dishwasher Rinse Aid<\/em><\/strong> – I found out the hard way that living in a place with hard water can absolutely ruin your dishes (ughhh). So I found this rinse aid<\/a> to help remove the hard water spots and it really does work wonders. You can add just a little bit to the washer along with your regular dishwasher detergent and your dishes come out nice and sparkly.<\/li>
Poo-Pourri<\/em><\/strong> – I guess this isn’t technically a cleaning product, but it does help quite a bit with keeping smells at bay in the home. I don’t think I need to explain here, just buy one<\/a> for every bathroom in your house and you won’t regret it \ud83d\ude42<\/li>
Disinfectant Spray<\/em><\/strong> – This one has become obvious over the last few years of the pandemic, but now I can’t believe I never used it before. Smells come from lingering bacteria, so getting rid of bacteria means no more smells – duh! I like this Microban spray<\/a> for hard surfaces, and this Tide spray<\/a> for fabrics.<\/li>
Carpet Odor Eliminator<\/em><\/strong> – I know there are some differing opinions here about whether or not using carpet cleaning powder ruins your vacuum, but I’ve been using it almost 10 years now with my Dyson cordless vacuum<\/a> and have never had an issue! Just make sure to clean out your vacuum and change the air filters every few months. I love this deodorizer<\/a> to freshen up carpets and rugs, and it can also be used on upholstery. Sprinkle it on, let it sit for a few minutes and let the baking soda work it’s magic, and then vacuum it up.<\/li>
Retainer Cleaning Tablets<\/em><\/strong> – I originally bought these cleaning tabs<\/a> for my retainer and my husband’s bite guard (because ew, who knew we would still be wearing those things in our 30’s??), but I quickly realized it can be used on many different things. Since they come in tablets, you can soak any non-porous items to disinfect. I use them the most to clean silicone rings<\/a> and Apple Watch bands<\/a>, small kids toys, dog toys, toothbrushes, and really any other small plastic things that get really germy.<\/li>
Multi-Surface Cleaner<\/em><\/strong> – You can definitely get this at the store, but I find myself going through bottles so quickly that it is a lot easier to have it on auto ship. I was always a big fan of 409, but have recently realized that I probably shouldn’t be cleaning my entire house with harsh chemicals (yikes), so my new favorite cruelty-free and eco friendly cleaner is this Mrs. Meyer’s Every Day Cleaner<\/a>. I like that they come in smaller bottles that can easily stash under every sink, and you can get the concentrated liquid in bulk to refill the bottles. Plus the natural scents smell more like essential oils than harsh chemicals.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
